Refund and cancellation terms for BrandGrowAgency services.

Managed campaign services

Campaign fees are typically invoiced in milestones: strategy & shortlist, creator booking, production, and reporting. Milestones already delivered are non-refundable.

If a campaign is cancelled before creator contracts are signed, unused strategy fees may be refunded minus administrative costs (up to 15%) as stated in your proposal.

Creator cancellations

If a booked creator cancels without replacement, we will offer alternative creators or credit toward future campaigns per contract terms.

Force majeure events (platform outages, regulatory changes) may require schedule adjustments without penalty where mutually agreed.

Platform subscriptions

Monthly platform subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period unless required by law.

Annual plans may be eligible for pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase if no campaigns have been launched on the account.

Disputes

Raise billing or refund requests within 14 days of invoice date to hello@brandgrowagency.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
